Angie is one of the most professional and honest coaches going around. Her knowledge of the subject matter is unparalleled to none. My wife and I both did a 3 month schedule with her where I lost 16 kg and my wife lost 7 kg’s. Her diet plan/ work out schedules were customized to our fitness requirements and goals. Weight loss is not only about following a diet and getting your exercises in. You need emotional support. You need someone who will constantly motivate you and help you throughout the process, not someone who sends you the program and expect you to do it all alone. I was 102 kg when I teamed up with Anjie. I had pcos and other health issues, was pretty depressed and unhappy. Anjie was so patient when I had discipline issues always had alternate options for food and the workouts. She was a text away when ever I had a meltdown. I worked with her for 3 months and my weight was 85.2 kg when I ended the program. She still checks up on me from time to time . 5 stars are not enough to recommend her. Choose her as your coach, I guarantee its a decision you will not regret.
