Weight loss is not only about following a diet and getting your exercises in. You need emotional support. You need someone who will constantly motivate you and help you throughout the process, not someone who sends you the program and expect you to do it all alone. I was 102 kg when I teamed up with Anjie. I had pcos and other health issues, was pretty depressed and unhappy.
