Angie has been coaching me for ~6 months now. I had been training for a year or two when we met on Instagram but we began at a very bad place. I was about 6 weeks into recovering from a very bad COVID-19 attack weighing ~101Kg (34.7% body fat). 24 weeks later, I am at 85.5kg (24.6% body fat) having worked out from home for nearly half the time with a pair of dumbbells and kettlebells.
She is extremely knowledgeable, fun to work with and customises the plan for your specific fitness goal. Be it getting that aesthetic look for a photoshoot or just improving your overall health and well-being she can guide you in the right direction.
I have experimented a lot with diets. Atkins, Detox, Keto, Paleo etc in the past, but her customised plan was very different, I had fun dieting. I experienced higher energy levels, improved gut health, better sleep quality and an overall reduction in stress levels. The workouts specifically designed for me helped increase mobility and strengthened me back so much I had no issues getting back at the gym with minimal strength loss and training with proper form. It's a very simple, cost effective sustainable diet plan and the principles are so easy to follow for a life time.
From level 0 I went back to weight training 4-5 days a week and throwing in 1 or 2 kick boxing sessions as well on top. There were some weekends when I was on holiday and completely let loose whacking extra large pizzas, donuts, meat platters and booze but we planned these ahead so as to not hinder my overall progress. My plan includes rice, pan cakes and even organic chocolate at times, so what more could you ask for?
In my experience, sustainable weight loss is a marathon and Angie is an awesome partner to tag along with. My only complaint is that she didn't give me a heads up to set aside some money to overhaul my entire wardrobe!

My wife and I both did a 3 month schedule with her where I lost 16 kg and my wife lost 7 kg’s. Her diet plan/ work out schedules were customized to our fitness requirements and goals. Even though we were on a diet plan we never felt starved or frustrated without food which was one of the most important things.

Weight loss is not only about following a diet and getting your exercises in. You need emotional support. You need someone who will constantly motivate you and help you throughout the process, not someone who sends you the program and expect you to do it all alone. I was 102 kg when I teamed up with Anjie. I had pcos and other health issues, was pretty depressed and unhappy. Anjie was so patient when I had discipline issues always had alternate options for food and the workouts. She was a text away when ever I had a meltdown. I worked with her for 3 months and my weight was 85.2 kg when I ended the program. She still checks up on me from time to time . 5 stars are not enough to recommend her. I just completed 3 months program with Angie and managed to loose almost 10kg within that period. What I mostly enjoyed in the program was how Angie changed my nutrition according to my likes and dislikes. Of me being working from home due to COVID, all workouts provided to me were to be done from home with a very small set of gym equipments. Angie is a very good instructor and always did follow up the progress of my workouts more often unlike other instructors. Workouts were also changed according to my fitness level and medical requirements. Communication with her was very easy and very responsive. All workouts, communications were done virtually. Coach Angie! I would say you just transformed me. I was at a road block stuck at 67kgs and then I kept talking about it to my friend who introduced me to Angie. My 8 weeks have just been all about transformation. I reduced my weight to the optimal of 60.5kgs based on the recommendation provided by Angie. The workout routines and meal plans provided was so easy and suited my busy work timings as well. Meal preps were the best as suggested by Coach. I loved working with angie cas she is so easy to talk to and adjust things accordingly and always entertaining and the diets are so doable and even alterations are made to go with my normal menu.
She was super helpful with alternating exercises cas i started working out after a c section and i was breast feeding so my diet was tricky and then mid way i had a surgery but she dint let me fall off the wagon.
And yes so much so that when i walk past the chips i hear her in my head!!
She disciplined my body and my brain and now m enjoying my life feeling lighter fitting into pre pregnancy clothes and hell yeah im ready for Christmas

First of all, I have to say that Angie is the best coach I have ever met. Before I met Angie I worked with two online coaches. However those programs were not effective and I ended up wasting my money, time and frustrated. I carved a lot of junk food and sweets. With Angie's program I managed to control all my cravings. She was a flexible coach to work with. Whenever I had difficulties committing to the given meal plans, without any hesitation she helped me by changing them.

I came to know her through Instagram and the posts she shared were related and doable. After starting online coaching with her I understood that her coaching style and the guidance were practical and reliable. She tells you ways to keep the consistency and motivates you everyday.
