How Does it Work?
Initial Assessment
After we've determined that we are a good fit to work together, I will send some information for you to fill out. Your goals, any health issues/limitations, current fitness level, your schedule, and equipment availability. You will complete this extensive questionnaire so I can learn everything I need to know to design an appropriate program for you! You and I will then set up a time to talk on the phone or Skype/zoom to review the information you sent me, talk about the program options to see which program and which method is right for you and your lifestyle,we will go over in more detail how your program will work.
Personalized Nutrition Plan
Your nutrition guidelines will be suited to your goals & take into account your lifestyle & preferences. Nutrition coaching approaches may vary depending on your individual needs or your relationship with food. I offer custom macro based/calorie based plans, but I also offer different approaches depending on your goals.This is something we will go over in your initial assessment. We will approach this in a systematic way so you can not only lose fat & get lean, but also develop eating habits that you will be able to sustain for life!
Custom Training Program
I will write a program for you every 4-6 weeks based on your goals, skill level & equipment availability. Your program will have your workouts clearly laid out for you, complete with exercise video tutorials, sets, reps, rest & how to progress.
Motivation & Accountability
You will be equipped with all the tools you need to take control of your health and have the freedom to shape your body and mind into what you envision for yourself. You will have 100% access to me as your coach. We will have daily, weekly & monthly check-ins so you never feel like you're alone in this process! You'll have the accountability you need to stay consistent and as a result, achieve the goals you've always wanted to!
I’m Here For You
Daily Access to me via my private training email. Email me with any questions you have, any adjustments you feel you need. If you have equipment changes, or other life events that result in you needing a program adjustment, I got you. I am here to support you through this journey!

- You will be reminded that it will take time.

And that’s o.k. with me. 🙂 This is NOT an overnight process & if you want a fast track plan on how to lose weight fast & unsustainably, I am not that coach… But If you want real, practical, and research based information that can not only help reach your fitness goals, but keep them for the rest of your life, then let’s get started.
My goal is to help you in whatever capacity you need. If that means I coach you 1-1 and help you directly, Awesome ! Can’t wait to get you started.But If that means I think directing you to someone more qualified than myself and is more appropriate to help you, then that’s great, too. And I will do so . Because that’s the right thing to do 🙂
