Fun Facts.
- My favorite beverage of all time is a good old magic potion called black coffee and my favorite food is pizza , Borscht (Russian beet soup)
- I once ran a marathon with very little experience and training “ just to see if I can” ( I lost two toe nails but completed it ☺ ) story for another day
- Just because i know some of you will ask, yes I’m a Certified Fitness and Nutrition coach with ACE and Precision Nutrition
- More importantly, I was accepted to “Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry” ( Granted i wrote the letter to myself and pretended I received it via owl-post 🙂

I take a tremendous amount of pride in being a personal trainer and nutrition coach and putting effort and time into the people I work with everyday.
These people are everyday superheroes , and I am beyond grateful to be a part of their journeys.

See I created Angie Desilva Fitness as a reliable resource to give you the knowledge and confidence,
to incorporate the best possible and practical training and nutrition solutions into your lifestyle.
I wanted to create a space that you can turn to when you need answers for all things that confuse you about fitness and nutrition.
And I know there is a lot of confusion out there 🙂
